Dog owners at F10 have been seen not picking up after their pets right in front of their building many times. The owners obviously have little regard to their neighbors. Some people I guess are just dirty.

I am registered and have not been able to get on for a while.It says that it no longer exisits. Weird.
there are 3 machines in the gym that are down and need to be fixed immediately...its summer time and there are tons of people usig the gym...
also the pool door is broken needs to be fixed as well...
the volleyball net has also been broken and needs to be fixed as well...things need to be done around here i have no idea what is going on with our management system but let me tell u its horrible
To the person complaining about all that is wrong? Where you at the HOA meeting? We BEG people to come, it is thru numbers we get things done. NO you were not there.. are you would know the treadmills etc will be fixed, and you would realize we are having issues with people NOT EVEN living here going to pool.. and now the pool gate is broken. Start with some pride in your community... YOU the management if you see something wrong.. it should not be the same people all the time. Sorry to be negative, but I am so tired of complaints but no one wants to seem to help.
I LIVE ON BUILDING N AND I WISH TO USE THE CLUB HOUSE FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY NEXT MONTH, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO USE IT? WHOM SHOULD I TALK TO? I WAS TOLD WHEN I PURCHASED THE APARTMENT THAT WE HAD UNLIMITED USE TO THE CLUBHOUSE BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS EVERYONE DISSAPPEARED! I CALLED THE ASSOCIATION BUT THEY NEVER SEEM TO ANSWER!

Anyone can use the clubhouse, if you read your HOA handbook, tells you how... You rent it...call the HOA
