If anyone has information on either of the committee meetings that took place this week could you please update us on what was discussed? I'm sure those who couldn't attend are interested, I know I am. Any updates on the Garage Conversions or Security Issues?

Cyrus I sent you an email with some updates.
Thank you posted it!
I'm not sure I like the fact that any guests of mine are going to be forced to park outside the complex. I would be one thing if it was overnight parking, or something to allow people who come visit to park close to my unit if there is a spot.
There simply isn't enough room for everyone. I'm not positive but I think the non-transferable clause is being brought up due to insurance liability.
One other thing the landscape committee can do is look into the walkway between building P & Q. It seems everytime it rains the dirt erodes and covers parts of the walkway. I noticed today that there is already grass growing in the dirt on the walkway. I've noticed other areas where there are railroad ties to hold the dirt back.
