For the last three days I've gone to get my mail and the whole way there I've had to deal with an awful stench. Does anyone know what it is? Am I the only one who smells it? It makes me want to gag.

It's the lovely white trees that are blossoming right now -- unfortunately they don't smell as pretty as they look!
Good to know, thanks for the info. I must say that those trees do look beautiful. Any idea as too how long their aroma last.
The aroma of the trees should only be 2-3 weeks long, there is chance that they bloom a second this year as they usually bllom in late March or April, if we get more rain & all the flowers fall off they will come back again.
Well now that I've put the weather forecast on the blog hopefully we'll know if its going to rain.
