Tomorrow Night the Association will hold its monthly meeting in the Clubhouse. The meeting starts promptly at 7pm with the board members meeting at 6:30. I encourage all residents to attend.
If you haven't been to a meeting yet, this is the general structure:
- The board opens by going over the finances
- Charity, Our Property Mgm. Rep., discusses current issues
- We hear from each Committee:
- Architectural and Landscaping
- Social
- Safety
- OPEN DISCUSSION!
If you can't make it don't worry, I will have a recap of the meeting here.

Unfortunatly I won't be able to make the meeting tonight. Can you bring up one topic during the open discussion for me?
Repainting the stairs a different color than white. Building M's stairs are now a dirty shade of grey and it looks terrible. Thanks.
Will do Gman, as far as I can remember they painted them white for safety issues. They must have realized how crappy the lighting throughout the complex was so they painted them so they would glow in the dark.
